Where:   

Blue Jay Campground off Ortega Hwy (74) about 21 miles inland from San Juan Capistrano (I5) Orange County.

Start:    8:00 AM. Time limit 7 hours.
Entry Fee:    $65 before October 30th, (add $20 there after, including race day). No refunds. Includes race-shirt. Sign up early as the Forest Service limits entries to 150 runners max.
Course:   

Tough! Rated the toughest trail marathon in California. Follow yellow ribbons and white arrows on truck roads and single-trail. Total elevation gains:5,100 feet. Starts at 3,300 ft. Be ready!

Aid Stations:    5 total. Please carry water between stations
Weather:    Always magic for running, but come prepared.
Awards:    Overall winners, men/women and age groups. Plus Baz’s MAGIC raffle.
Please Note:   

Please park in designated areas only in Lower Blue Jay. Must show a day-use pass from Forest Service. (Only $5) Parking on right side only on blacktop, no double-parking please. We are limited to 150 vehicles. Trail briefing before the start with any late changes, come early. Bring a chair, food and drink will be available for all entrants at the finish line.
Please leave your four legged pets at home.  Lower Blue Jay gate will be locked at 4:30 PM.
