Juan Capistrano (I5) Orange County. |

$50 before Nov 10th,
(add $20 there after, including race day). No refunds. Includes
race-shirt. Sign up early as the Forest Service limits entries to
150 runners max. |

Course: |
Tough. Rated the toughest trail marathon in California. Follow
yellow ribbons and white arrows on truck roads and single-trail.
Total elevation gains are 5,100 feet. Starts at 3,300 ft. Be
ready! |

5 total. Please
carry water between stations |

Always magic for
running, but come prepared. |

Overall winners,
men/women and age groups. Plus Baz’s MAGIC raffle. |

Please Note: |
There may be a short delay for road construction on Ortega Highway
coming from San Juan Capistrano. Please park in designated areas
only in Lower Blue Jay. Must show a day-use pass from Forest
Service. (Only $5) Parking on right side only on blacktop, no
double-parking please. We are limited to 150 vehicles. Trail
briefing before the start with any late changes, come early. Bring
a chair, food and drink will be available for all entrants at the
finish line.

Double click on the
Flyby Tour link and wait for Google Earth to
open and slowly zoom in from orbit to the view that shows the red outline of the
entire 26.2 mile course. Once it stabilizes, select PLAY TOUR from the drop down TOOLS menu. This
starts the animated flyover of the entire Saddleback Mountain Marathon 26.2 mile course.
Awesome! It is like you are a bird at 500 feet elevation flying
along the entire course from start to finish. Up each mountain
top, down each and every descent. RELIVE the TORTURE and the
SCENIC BEAUTY!
